How do I return my order online?

If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return it subject to the conditions of the 100 day returns policy.

In order to streamline the process, please have photographs showing the item is unused and with its original packaging ready to send when requested

Returns will be processed with a fee of 15% of item/s value. This will be deducted from your final refund. 

How will the order be refunded?

Your order will be refunded via your original payment method. Returns will be processed with a fee of 15% of item/s value. This will be deducted from your final refund. 

This will be provided once the item has been received and quality checked by our returns team. 

Please be sure you receive your returns label to ship the item back to us. If you don’t receive the label or there’s any other issues, please submit a request via the Contact Us form and one of our team will assist.
