If purchasing during a promotion with this policy*, you agree to the below conditions.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to return your order. Items must meet the conditions below:

• Items must be unused, and in resalable condition.

• Items must be returned with original packaging intact

• Items must be unpersonalised. These are bespoke products created just for you

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have 30 days to return it for a refund. After this period, we may offer a repair or replacement in line with our warranty policies.

How to Return

You can request a return postage label by selecting your region here. Please note that photo evidence will need to be provided.

Please note: Refunds will incur a return fee of 15% of the item/s cost. This will be deducted from the final refund. Please nest items where possible (ie. Carry All Backpack nested inside of Carry On). Be sure to include dust bags for each item.
